WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama will make public remarks at a bipartisan dinner on Monday evening that he and First lady Michelle are hosting for congressional leaders and their spouses, the White House said.
There were no details on what topic the president would speak about, but reporters will be allowed to cover that portion of what had initially been an event closed to media.
On Sunday the U.S. leader announced that a U.S. mission had killed al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in Pakistan.
