PORTAGE (WKZO) -- A Portage mother that had been sought for failing to turn her child over to the Department of Human Services as ordered by the court, and the child in question have been located. 21-year-old Joanne Marie Bloomberg's been taken to the county jail while three-year-old Anne Marie Mykia Bloomberg has been turned over to the Department of Human Services.
The Portage Department of Public Safety is thanking media and tips from residents for aiding in their investigation. Anyone with information on the case is still asked to contact Portage Public Safety.
