5:26pm...Alburquerque balks scoring the game winning run. Indians 11 Tigers 10 F/13 

5:24pm...walk to Gomes, Raburn up with bases loaded. 

5:19pm...Runners at 2nd and 3rd after Murphy hits soft ground ball to short. Two outs. Phil Coke is done. Al Alburquerque enters the game. 

5:17pm...Brantley first pitch swings and goes opposite field scoring the tying run. Runners on 1st and 2nd, one out. Tied game at 10. 

5:15pm...With one out Coke hits Cabrera in the knee. Cabrera stuggling to walk. Winning run on first. 

5:10pm...Aviles gets infield single to put the winning run at the plate. 

5:09pm...Coke still on for the Tigers. 

5:03pm...Avila goes deep to right field for his 2nd homer in as many games to put the Tigers ahead 10-9. Headed to the bottom of the 13th. 

5:01pm...Jackson hits one to deep center field but is caught. One down as we start the 13th 

4:58pm...Cokes strikes out Chisenahll to end the 12th. 5 hours after first pitch we are still going.

4:55pm...Coke issues 2nd walk of the inning. Chisenahll up, he's 4-6 career against Coke 

4:53pm...Former Tiger Ryan Raburn pinch hits for Giambi and grounds into a double play. Two outs. 

4:52pm...Coke walks Swisher on 4 pitches. Probably a good thing, Swisher is 4-6 lifetime against Coke.

4:49pm...Phil Coke enters the game for the Tigers. 

4:46pm...JD strikes out swining. Indians up in the 12th. 

4:42pm...Kelly pops out. V-Mart up but will get intentionally walked. 

4:40pm...Kinsler doubles to left. Kelly up with one down. 

4:35pm...Heading to the 12th after Murphy strikes out swinging.

3:51pm...Murphy ties the game at 9 with a two-run blast to right field. One out. 

3:49...Brantley singles to right then steals second. One out. 

3:41pm...Davis walks but Kinsler grounds into DP to end the Tigers' 9th. Joe Nathan entering the game looking to close out the game. 

3:37pm...3.5 hours after first pitch we finally get to the 9th. Tigers up 9-7. 

3:32pm...Chisenhall flies out to center, 

3:29pm...Scherzer done for the day. 7IP, 12H, 7R, 7ER, 5K, 2BB, 113 pitches. Joba enters the game. 

3:27pm...back to back outs for the Tigers ends the Tigers 8th. 9-7 Tigers Mid 8th. 

3:16pm...JD Martinez singles to right center scoring Kelly. Tigers up 9-7. Scherzer now in line for the win. Can't remember the last time a pitcher allowed 7 runs and still walked away with a win. This will also be the end of the day for Axford. 

3:14pm...Tigers take lead as V-Mart grounds to 2nd, but throw is mishadled. Kinsler scores, Kelly to 3rd and V-Mart safe at 1st. 8-7 Tigers 

3:11pm...Kelly walks for the 2nd time today.

3:08pm...Kinsler rips one up the middle for his first hit to lead off the 8th. 

3:04pm...Easy 1-2-3 inning for Max, who struck out two during the frame and now leads the AL in strikeouts. Still tied at 7, End of 7

3:00pm...Max still on the mound for the Tigers to start the Indians' 7th, he's at 101 pitches

2:57pm...Time to stretch as the Tigers leave them loaded. Tied at 7 Mid 7th 

2:56pm...Back-to-back walks loads the bases for Davis

2:53pm...Axford now pitching for the Indians. 

2:51pm...Holaday draws a walk, two on, two down, Danny Worth to the plate. 

2:47pm...Castellanos with a two-out single to keep the inning alive. Nick has three hits. 

2:39pm...Pop up to short ends the 6th. Tied at 7 End 6.

2:37pm...Pitch 100 results in a double off the center field wall for Brantley. Two outs. 

2:36pm...Max gets Cabrera to ground into 4-6-3 double play. Next pitch will be #100. 

2:29...Play is being reviewed. Looked really close but call is upheld. 

2:26...V-Mart grounds out to second, falls down after touching first. Stayed on the ground for an extended time. Gets up and is moving ok. Hopefully he is alright. 7-7 Mid 6th

2:22pm...Kelly walks on full count, runners on 1st and 2nd two down for V-Mart, just a triple away from the cycle 

2:20pm...Ausmus and Miggy ejected after agruing a check swing. Ump was right. Don Kelly will take over. 

2:13pm...Worth strikes out but advances to first as the ball goes thru Santana's legs. 

2:10pm...Max gets the next three Indians out to end the 5th. Max at 89 pitches. Tied at 7 End 5. 

2:08pm...43-year old Jason Giambi singles to start the Indians 5th and advances to second on a wild pitch from Scherzer. 

1:59pm...Pitching change for the Indians, Carlos Carrasco takes over. 4th pitcher for the Indians and we are only in the 5th,  

1:58pm...Ground rule double for Castellanos scores Martinez from third. All tied at 7

1:55pm...Sac fly for Jackson, cutting the lead in half. 7-6 Tribe 

1:50pm...Victor hits a one hopper off the wall in left field for a double. Cabby moves to third, no outs. 

1:47pm...Cabrera walks on five pitches. Three of them went passed Indians' catcher Santana.  

1:45pm...Indians have a new pitcher on the mound. Rzepczynski takes over and will face Cabrera, Martinez and Martinez in the 5th. 

1:42pm...1-2-3 inning for Max, the first for either team today. End 4 Indians 7-5

1:36pm...Tigers get the leadoff man on, but nothing more. Mid 3rd Indians 7-5

1:31pm...Holaday starts the Tigers' 4th with an infield single. Nice stop by Cabrera at short but cant get the "speedy" Holaday. 

1:28pm...Inning over after ground ball out. Indians up 7-5 End 3. 

1:24pm...The Indians keep it going with a solo shot from Chisenhall, his 1st of the year. 7-5 Tribe

1:21pm...Castellanos flies out to right to end the Tigers' 3rd. Indians 6-5 Mid 3rd.

1:20pm..JD gunned out at trying to steal 2nd. two outs. 

1:19pm...Jackson flies out for the first out. 

1:16pm...JD walks, first two runners reach. Jackson up but he'll face a new pitcher. McAllister is done for the day. Scott Atchinson to enter the game. most pitches he's thrown this year is 25. See how long he lasts. 

1:12pm...V-Mart goes deep in right field for his 12th long ball of the year. Tigers still behind 6-5

1:08...five run 2nd inning is finally over. Tigers trail 6-4 after 2. Only took an hour to play the first two innings. 

1:04pm...Phil Coke warming up in the pen for the Tigers.

12:22pm...Scherzer finishing up his warm up tosses. Enters the game 1st in the AL in ERA (1.83) and tied for 3rd in strikeouts (73). Five K's will move him into first.

12:18pm...With two outs Castellanos singles to right keeping the inning alive. Four hits for Detroit already. 

12:16pm...Two-run home run for JD Martinez, his second of the year. 4-0 Tigers

12:14...Chopping over the head of the first basemen scores Kinsler and V-Mart is safe at first. 2-0 Tigers. 

12:13pm...Miggy hits sac fly to right scoring Davis from third and moving Kinsler up to third. 1-0 Tigers, V-Mart up, running on third. 

12:11pm...With the hit and run on Kinsler grounds to third, but Chisenahll overthrows at first, Davis safe at third, Kinsler on at second with MIggy up. 

12:09pm...Raja Davis gets a looping single for the first hit of the game, I'd expect Davis to be stealing.

12:08pm...First pitch from McAllister is a ball and we are under way! 

12:06pm: Indians catcher Carlos Santana having an issue with his glove, delaying the start of the game by a few minutes.

The Tigers wrap up their nine-game road trip today as they take on the Cleveland Indians. The Indians have take the first two games of the series but still trail the Tigers by 7.5 games in the AL Central.
